PC Gaging Inspection System

Eckart & Finard offers quality inspection services to meet all levels of quality standards. As a distributor, we feel it is our responsibility to assure the quality of the product we supply. Our inspection facility enables us to offer services which include:

Ship-to-Stock
Customers not wishing to perform their own in-house inspections can take advantage of this program. We will pre inspect all orders according to your standards prior to shipping directly to your stock.

Made-to-Print
Fasteners which are made-to-print are inspected by us to ensure that they meet print specifications, as well as any other Industrial Fastener Institute (IFI) standards.

Secondary Process
Fasteners which must be sent out for a secondary process, such as plating, drilling or patching, are inspected to meet IFI standards prior to leaving our facility. We then perform a final inspection after the process is completed.

Lot Traceability
Eckart & Finard utilizes a state of the art, barcoded, radio frequency (RF) controlled lot traceability system to provide real time lot information from the manufacturer, to the point of shipment.

PC Gaging Inspection System

The Eckart & Finard PC Gaging Inspection System integrates our state-of-the-art ISO 25 certified Gages and inspection software, allowing for fast and accurate inspection results. These results can be printed immediately after inspection, or saved and accessed at a later date.

Previous inspection results can now be accessed within seconds, by customer part number, Eckart & Finard part number, tag lot number or vendor purchase order allowing us to provide more timely information.
