Dodge TaperTuff inserts are ideal for use in tougher, glass filled thermoplastic materials. The tapered insert body design and molded hole configuration result in less plastic stress during installation and high rotational and tensile values due to complete insert contact within the molded hole. The tapered hole design results in lower mold costs and quick orientation of the insert prior to installation. Ideal for use with Dodge Thermal Assembly Systems, TaperTuff is available in a wide variety of sizes and lengths for design flexibility.

Kwick-Clip Inserts are designed with a X-Mas tree thread profile for use with press-on, twist-off mating plastic fasteners. They reduce your installed cost of fas¬teners with a high level of assembly integrity. Ideal for use in thin wall, sheet plas¬tic and thick cross-section applications, these inserts allow studs to be installed via heat stake with the Dodge Thermal Assembly System or press-in method. Mating plastic fasteners include plastic nuts, wire harness retainers, brake line, insulation, carpet, interior trim and fuel line clips.

SnapSert Inserts act as a compression limiter in thin wall and sheet plastic appli¬cations. Designed to float in a slotted hole during assembly, they allow for adjustment in centerline positioning. These inserts correct misalignment issues during the assembly of mating parts and allow for easy installation; simply press-in to snap in place. SnapSert Inserts can be used as a load bearing bushing in any application that requires centerline adjustment.

UltraLock Inserts are designed to combine both a Dodge insert and our original stainless steel Heli-Coil inserts. Together, they supply the highest strength fasten¬er available in a plastic application. Additional benefits include the military specifi¬cations of Heli-Coil wire inserts and fifteen cycle prevailing torque performance per Mil-l-8846 when utilizing Heli-Coil Screw-Lock inserts. Ideal for high strength Aerospace and Automotive applications these inserts are designed to be installed ultrasonically - via heat stake or molded-in. The Heli-Coil insert can be pre-installed or installed by the end user.
