Blueprint
Our experienced suppliers work directly from your custom prints and samples. This way, you'll know you're getting what you want - exactly how you want it. But our global partners also add more value for you. Using their engineering expertise, our partners may be able to help you discover a more effective solution to a specific problem. As a result, they can work to significantly redesign your product or sub-system.
Quotation
Based on many years of combined design, engineering and manufacturing experience, our global suppliers will work to provide cost reductions for the highest quality components. All components will be quoted from the best materials targeted to meet your performance, durability and cost requirements.
Pre-production
Before production begins, samples are provided for your review and approval. Our suppliers will have put these through a rigorous inspection program. This can include static and dynamic testing in carefully controlled laboratory conditions. When you receive your samples, we're confident that they'll be right on target.
Production
Once your components go into production, we work with our overseas suppliers to ensure superior manufacturing quality. You will be supplied full material and inspection certification. Then, we'll manage the transportation and delivery logistics for your finished components to be imported into the U.S. and delivered to us. This way, you'll have the parts you need - when you need them.
Distribution
Once received into our Hartford, CT facility, we can inventory and release your product for up to one year. We will work with you to arrange a release schedule that fits with your production schedule, with your quoted pricing locked in for the full duration.
